I called Richard (the owner and sole proprietor) on Sunday June 9th at 7:30 because my AC blower was practically raining water below the unit. Being a new home owner I had not the HVAC IQ to deal with this issue on my own and it certainly wasn't going to wait. To my surprise Richard was already working nearby and was over at my house in less than 30 minutes. He showed up and couldn't have been nicer! He complemented me on my yard and showed nothing but professionalism.

He quickly resolved the issue for me, which turned out to be nothing more than a backed up drainage plumbing from the . Not only did he solve my problem, he walked me through all of the steps to fix the issue in the future, so as to not incur the cost of having him come back!

Living in South Florida its VERY HARD to find good people like Richard! Take my word for it and, if you need HVAC service, call this guy above all else. He'll be your 'go to' guy from then on, just as I plan to be mine going forward.

In July, (hottest month of the year), my a/c, in my home, broke at 8pm. I googled several company's and found "24 Seven Air Conditioning. I called and got someone right away and they walked me through what I might be able to do to get me air. We found out what the problem was. He could of easily come out and charged me 150.00 for that time of night, instead, talked me through it over the phone. He still needed to come out and fix the problem permanently and did so at 9 am the following morning. After replacing the fan motor on my unit, I had air and did not have to pay for him to come out the previous night. The bill was surprisingly minimal and he was VERY courteous and showed me all parts replaced and told me exactly what needed to be done. The most honest repair man I have ever dealt with!!! He also does plumbing. Needless to say, I instantly put him in my contacts in my phone!

This afternoon my thermostat simply turned off. I have been in my new home for about 2 months and this is the first AC issue I have had. After calling Air Around the Clock (wanted to charge me $175 for just coming out on a Saturday), I called 24 Seven and spoke with Richie who walked me through a trouble shooting process, charged me nothing, and helped me fix my issue. He told me even if he had to come out for a service call it would be $85, a much better price. Highly recommend as he certainly could have come out, charged me, and I would have been happy that I "saved" $90. Thanks again and I hope you see this review. When I do encounter a problem in the future, you will be my guy.

I live in Melbourne, FL and have a rental property in Pembroke Pines, Fl. I've had numerous A/C contractors for the past year and half come out and correct a leak issue with my condo unit and NO ONE has ever been able to fix the problem, except tell me you need Freon. I contacted 24 Seven A/C, and spoke with the owner, Richard Parrish and was delighted to speak with someone who heard what the problem was and gave me feedback on what might be the problem. After speaking with Mr. Parrish and explaining my A/C concerns and telling him we live 3 hours away in Melbourne, FL, he personally went out to our property and serviced it right away and fixed the leak no one was ever able to fix. 24 Seven A/C was affordable, prompt, professional and extremely helpful in EXPLAING what was causing the issues with my A/C. This is a top-notch company and will definitely be taking care of all or any A/C issues I may ever have in the future. 24 Seven has restored my faith in A/C contractors!!

I would recommend 24 Seven to anyone and everyone. I've called them twice and both times have received great service. They've gone out of their way to get my service back on asap and still keep the price down in the process. When other companies would have no problem 'finding' ways to charge me more, 24 Seven did the complete opposite. Will continue to use and refer them!

24 Seven Air Conditioning was on time courteous and saved me and my family a lot of down time and discomfort. It could not get any better than this company. 24 Seven Air Conditioning was on time very professional and saved me about $1500.00 dollars from a previous contractors quote. There always available 24 hours seven days a week year round including holidays. I left a message with there answer service and got a return call within 5 minutes and they had a service man on the job in one hour. You will be making a HUGE mistake if you call anyone else.

24 Seven Air Conditioning is the only company I have used for the past 10 years. I was quickly impressed with this company because they were prompt professional and priced well below the manufacturer. I suggest this company for anyone who has had a bad experience with other AC companies.

Can count on them
I just want to say this company 24 Seven Air Conditioning is SUPER. I left a message on there answering service and got a return call in 5 minutes at 2:30 AM in the morning. They were at my home 1 hour later and they had the parts on the truck to fix my unit on the spot. The best thing about it was they should have and could have charged me overtime but did not. I Will never use another A/C service company again. 24 Seven Air Conditioning will be my service company for life.

The best decision I ever made!
I just want to take a minute to let the working public know how great this company is. I had another company come out and told me I needed a new system mine could not be fixed. I called 24 Seven Air Conditioning for a second opinion and they were here with in 1 hour and had me up and cooling within 15 minutes of getting here 24 Seven Air Conditioning saved me $2187.00 Dollars and that's minus there $163.00 Dollar charge to get my system up and running. THEY ARE THE BEST SERVICE COMPANY EVER. HONEST RELIABLE PROFESSIONAL AND ON TIME.
